Blending culinary craft with media and business strategy.

mY story
Hola y bienvenidos.
Food has always been the center of my life. I grew up in family businesses where meals were more than meals. They were lessons, celebrations, and connection. The kitchen was a gathering place, a classroom, and a stage all at once. Those early experiences shaped not only how I cook, but how I lead, communicate, and support others today.
I know what it feels like to build something with limited resources, to wear every hat, and to figure things out as you go. I understand the pressure of being responsible for your livelihood, your family, and your team. That perspective is at the heart of everything I do.
I studied Culinary Management at the Art Institute of California, grounding my passion in technique, discipline, and professional training. I spent years working in professional kitchens, creating menus, executing private dining experiences, and learning the rhythm and responsibility of service.
Over time, my work expanded beyond the kitchen. I discovered a deep interest in visual storytelling, branding, and communication. What started as photographing food for fun turned into food photography, content creation, and creative direction for restaurants and small businesses.
I also spent years teaching culinary arts and restaurant management at the collegiate level. Teaching sharpened my ability to break down complex ideas, mentor future professionals, and lead with clarity and empathy. It reinforced something I already believed. Great food and strong businesses are built through systems, people, and intention.
Today, I am completing my Master of Business Administration at the University of Redlands, focusing on leadership, operations, marketing, and organizational development. This education allows me to bridge creativity with strategy and support clients with both heart and structure.

Food photography, reels, and brand visuals
Consulting
Restaurant consulting, creative direction, and small business strategy
I work with restaurants, startups, and small businesses that need more than surface-level marketing. I help people who care deeply about what they are building but need support turning vision into something sustainable.
I bring together culinary expertise, creative media, and practical business strategy to help businesses clarify their identity, improve operations, and connect more meaningfully with their audience. I translate ideas into menus, visuals, systems, and experiences that reflect who you are and where you want to go.
I am not an online coach, and I am not interested in selling templates. I work by example. Through food, photography, content, and strategy, I show what is possible and help you build toward it.

How I Work
I believe food tells a story. Businesses tell stories too. People tell stories.
My role is to bring those stories to life in a way that feels authentic and effective. Whether through a dish, a brand identity, a photograph, or a strategic plan, I work with intention, clarity, and respect for the work you are doing.
I collaborate closely with my clients and operate as an extension of their team. I understand the realities of small businesses and the importance of trust, communication, and follow-through.
My Approach
I believe food tells a story. Businesses tell stories, too. People tell stories. My role is to bring those stories to life, whether through a dish, a menu, a brand identity, a photo, or a strategy that helps someone grow.
I combine creativity with structure, warmth with professionalism, and culture with clarity. I work with intention. I work with heart. And I work with people who care deeply about what they are building.
