By scheduling a complimentary consultation with Chef Roe, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Purpose of Consultation
The complimentary consultation is intended to discuss your business goals, project needs, challenges, and potential service options. The purpose of the meeting is to determine whether Chef Roe and the prospective client are a good fit to work together.

 

Consultation Duration
Complimentary consultations are limited to 30 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

 

No Client Relationship Created
Participation in a consultation does not establish a client, contractor, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship. A formal client relationship is established only through a signed agreement and, when applicable, payment of required fees.

 

General Information Only
Any recommendations, feedback, observations, or guidance provided during the consultation are general in nature and should not be considered formal consulting, legal, financial, tax, or business advice.

 

No Deliverables Included
Complimentary consultations do not include audits, written recommendations, marketing plans, brand strategies, content calendars, website designs, creative concepts, implementation plans, reports, or other deliverables. Such services require a separate paid engagement.

 

Intellectual Property
Any ideas, concepts, recommendations, strategies, creative direction, marketing suggestions, branding concepts, or other intellectual property shared by Chef Roe during the consultation remain the exclusive property of Chef Roe unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

 

Proposals and Pricing
Any pricing, timelines, service recommendations, or project discussions shared during the consultation are preliminary and subject to change based on project scope, requirements, and formal review.

 

Rescheduling and No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future complimentary consultations.

 

Right to Decline Services
Chef Roe reserves the right to decline projects, engagements, or prospective client relationships that are not aligned with the company’s expertise, availability, values, or business objectives.

 

Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
