El Regio Mexican Bar & Grill came to me in 2019 with no online presence whatsoever. They had no website, no Google or Yelp listings, and no social media, which made discoverability and growth extremely limited.
 
I built the brand from the ground up through a full rebrand, menu development, and the creation of a flagship website designed for visibility, clarity, and long term growth. I also established their digital presence across search platforms and social media to ensure consistency and recognition.
 
Today, El Regio remains an ongoing client with a strong and recognizable brand across all touchpoints, including menus, advertising, billboards, and social media. Their digital presence continues to grow through consistent brand management and algorithm-driven visibility, creating a solid foundation for long term marketing success.

Kiran’s subcontracted me to manage and direct high-profile catering events at venues including the Houston Post Oak Hotel and the University of Houston, among other private events. The work required seamless execution, discretion, and the ability to operate at a high level alongside an established culinary team.
 
I supported and directed catering operations in collaboration with James Beard finalist Chef Kiran Verma. My role allowed her business to expand its catering capabilities while maintaining full staffing and uninterrupted service at the restaurant.
 
Working together ensured that events were executed to the same standard as the flagship restaurant, without compromising daily operations. Supporting Chef Kiran and her team has always been a pleasure, and the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to excellence and professionalism.

El Corral came to me in 2020 at a uniquely challenging moment, as the restaurant launched during the height of the pandemic. With operations suddenly disrupted, the priority became creating a strategy that would allow the brand not only to survive but to establish itself in an uncertain market.
 
I helped develop a clear brand identity and strategic plan focused on adaptability and visibility. This included brand planning, SEO mapping for local discovery, social media setup, menu design, and full menu development. Every element was designed to support accessibility, consistency, and long-term growth during a time when many businesses were struggling to stay afloat.
 
Today, El Corral continues to grow and remain profitable. The foundation built during a critical moment has allowed the brand to maintain momentum, strengthen its presence in the Houston market, and continue operating with confidence and stability.

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center partnered with me through their executive chef in the Food and Beverage Department as part of a team development initiative focused on professional growth and compliance.
 
I was contracted to proctor the Food Safety Manager certification exam for 20 cooks. The goal was to certify the entire team efficiently without disrupting daily operations.
 
All 20 cooks successfully completed and earned their certification in a single day. The process was smooth, organized, and effective, supporting the department’s commitment to safety standards, team development, and operational excellence.

IV Doc Prep came to me in 2023 when Cynthia (a paralegal) was unsure of her brand identity and how to position her business in a competitive market.

 

I helped redefine the company by rebranding the name, logo, and overall visual identity. I rebuilt the website from the ground up and created a strategic plan centered around Cynthia as the face of the brand, positioning her expertise and credibility as a key driver of trust and growth.

Sergio came to me in 2023 with nothing more than an idea: a driving school. There was no brand, no digital presence, and no operational system in place.

 

I helped bring the business to life from the ground up by creating the company name, logo, and website. I built a fully integrated online system that allows customers to discover the business, purchase services, and book seamlessly. In addition, I implemented local SEO strategies designed to position the school competitively within its region.
